Master and slave dealers

One master, many dealers, one queue.

ECU Tuning Portal was built to take the operational load off master file providers. Each dealer works in their own account while your tuners see every request in one place.

Everyone sees the part they need

Four roles keep the network apart without separate systems.

  • Administrator: customers, pricing, credits, invoices, reports, settings and brand controls.
  • Tuner: work queue, file delivery, notes and versions, without financial settings.
  • Reseller: own customers, tier pricing and balance, without access to another dealer.
  • Customer: uploads, credits, status, downloads, invoices, tickets and vehicle history.

Price tiers without price lists

Dealer, wholesale and VIP prices are calculated from percentage-based customer groups. Who sees which price follows the assigned role and dealer tier, so a change in one place reaches the whole network.

Questions

Can a dealer see another dealer’s customers?

No. A reseller works with their own customers, tier pricing and balance only.

Can tuners see revenue?

Not by default. Tuner access can be limited to the work queue.

Is the number of dealers limited?

The one-time plan lists unlimited customers and dealers.
