Most frequently asked

Do I really get the source code?

Yes, on the lifetime plan. You get the full source code; one small core module is IonCube-encoded to protect the licence. That module may not be decoded. The code covers the portal, admin panel, customer applications and API, delivered from day one. The yearly plan is hosted by us and does not include the source code. There is no escrow account and no clawback clause. If we disappeared tomorrow, you would still keep operating.

Can I move from Self to our managed hosting later?

Of course, at any time. We move your database, reconfigure SSL and point the DNS. It is usually completed within four hours. There is no additional licence fee; you have already paid for the portal.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Pay by card via Stripe or by bank transfer to our EUR IBAN (Wise). For EU customers, reverse charge is applied automatically with a valid VAT number.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, after review. See the Refund Policy for what qualifies. Send your request to info@ecutuningportal.com; if we approve it, the money goes back to your original payment method. The 7-day trial lets you test the portal before you pay.

Is there a recurring hosting fee for our server?

The first year is included in the price. From the second year, it renews at €99 per year.

Who is responsible for the files and how they are used?

You are. Your business runs the portal and decides which files it delivers and how customers may use them. The Terms of Service make you responsible for everything done through your deployment and forbid unlawful use. YGT Labs AI supplies the software, and its liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months.

What support do we get after the first year?

On the yearly plan, hosting, updates and support continue for as long as the subscription runs. On the lifetime plan, the first year includes hosting, updates, API access and priority support; from the second year hosting is €99 a year, API access €180 a year and each extra year of updates €240. Self-hosted portals get bug fixes by email; custom changes are quoted separately.

Can I use Portal + Landing on my own domain?

Yes. We configure your domain and SSL as part of the installation.

How many languages does the portal run in?

25, including Arabic and Hebrew right to left, from portal 6.2.7. New trial, demo and paid installations get 6.2.7; a portal on an earlier version runs in 17 until it is updated.
